Yet another state is dipping its toes into the idea of legalizing psychedelics.

A bill has been filed in Maine to legalize therapeutic psilocybin use along with buying the mushroom and using it under the supervision of a certified practitioner.

The bill is basically taking the same framework from the one in Oregon that was passed with voter approval in November.

Yet another domino after the bills introduced in California and Missouri that would decriminalize psilocybin.

This bill has a long path ahead of it as it has to pass through the state legislature, but further public pressure will surely allow it to get done within the coming years.
