Spiritleaf in Moose Jaw is a first for Saskatchewan, but the Alberta-born chain already operates outlets in Alberta and Ontario, and more are on the way.
While part of a growing family of nationwide cannabis stores, each Spiritleaf location is locally owned and operated and this store is no exception. The Moose Jaw location is owned by Mandy Fisher and family: father Darcy, and siblings Dylan and Chelsea.
“It’s awesome to be part of something so new and groundbreaking,” Fisher told the Daily Jaw in advance of the store’s November 2018 debut. “We want to help break down the stigma and at the same time do what we love.”
