For the modern stoner, every major holiday is a new opportunity to discover new and exciting 420-friendly events and activities, and Valentine’s Day is certainly no exception. In fact, it may be the perfect season for weed to take center stage, spice up an intimate gathering or infuse a romantic evening with a little happy magic.

Whether you’re an Los Angeles toker who’s looking for love, or a stoner couple in New York looking to shake your shared couch-lock and elevate your romance, here are some of the year’s 420-friendly events where weed can play your cupid.

Feb. 9 | Cannabis Infused Dinner Soiree | Los Angeles

If you happen to be in Los Angeles, here’s a super chill way to ease into Valentine’s season with new acquaintances and holistically crafted cannabis eats.

This Feb. 9, 2019, cannabis-infused dinner soiree — sponsored by Therapeutic Synergy Massage and Plant Base Collective, a local catering and cannabis events operation — will feature a 5-course cannabis-infused meal “inspired by global travels and local ingredients,” showcasing sustainability with ethically sourced organic produce. Each course is set to be paired with a cannabis strain to please the sophisticated stoner’s palate with several winning flavor and aroma combinations.

Tickets for the event are $125 per person.

Feb. 10 and Feb. 13 | Cannabis Conscious Speed Dating | Oakland and San Francisco

Despite weed’s triumphant, ongoing break into the mainstream, lingering stigmas can make dating and navigating new relationships difficult. These two Bay Area speed dating events — Feb. 10 in Oakland for LGBTQIA and polyamorous tokers, and Feb. 13 in San Francisco for straight male and female singles — put together by Women Grow co-founder Jazmin Hupp, may be just the setting you need to connect with someone who shares your passion for pot.

All who desire to reserve a spot at one of these events, both of which will provide infused tea and the option to bring any forms of cannabis to share with new friends can message Hupp on the event web page or email her directly. Hupp will mail the venue address 24 hours before the speed-dating events take place.

Tickets are $40 in advance, $60 at the door.

Feb. 10 | WEED Be Sweet Together | Seattle

All of our Seattle stoners out there, whether looking for love or just a fun night out, will want to check out WEED Be Sweet Together, a Valentine’s Day mixer held at the Dynasty Room bar in the city’s International District on February 10.

Plus, sponsors Heylo and Pax will be there to put a fresh custom engraving on any Pax device.

Tickets are $15 at the door.

Feb. 10 | Sex and CBD | New York City

Women’s Cannabis Club in New York is ready to talk Sex, CBD, and the City. The organization is putting on an educational Sex and CBD event where women’s health expert Dr. Lauren B. Schulz will be speaking on enhancing women’s health and sexual wellness through the power of cannabis. In addition to all the steamy and smoky tips for spicing up the stoner’s love life, all who attend will receive a take-home goodie bag of sultry CBD-infused items for the toke-friendly bedroom. Note: Cannabis consumption is not allowed at this event.

Tickets are $40.

Feb. 17 | Cannabis Wedding Expo | San Francisco

Live in the Bay Area? Planning a wedding? Smoke weed? Well you’re in luck, ’cause the Cannabis Wedding Expo is rolling through San Francisco at the Dome at the Westfield San Francisco Center on Feb. 17.

The Expo, bridging “traditional wedding with specialty cannabis services and products,” invites couples to connect with cannabis brands and wedding service vendors to create a classy, contemporary, cannabis-infused wedding. Note: Cannabis consumption is not allowed at this event.
