“We’re trying to create a kind of cookie-cutter model“ explains Wetulani. “The aim is to provide a very similar feel for customers no matter which location or market they’re in.”
Outfitted with crisp white walls, gorgeous reclaimed wood, one-of-a-kind neon pieces, and a splash of natural greenery—the store offers an oasis of tranquility that aims to elevate the cannabis shopping experience.

Customer Service
The Vancouver company pre-dates legalization in Canada by five years and it shows in the expertise of the highly-trained team. “We’re really focussed on our staff training,” says Wetulani. “Our staff are there to make customers feel like they’re attended to, they’re somebody who can answer your questions and guide you to the best product to suit your needs. Sort of like an Apple Store Genius would do.”

In its opening weeks, the store is still experimenting with what varieties to offer. “We plan to eventually have a set line of strains, but for now we’re seeing what works and listening to the feedback of our staff and our customers and going from there,” Wetulani tells Leafly.

Though you will find a small selection of ancillary items and accessories, you should expect the cannabis to take centre stage at the Fraser Street store. As Wetulani explains: “We want to make sure that we have plenty of room for the products first and foremost rather than stuffing it with stuff that you can get anywhere else.”
